    Coach Junior Leads SwimRise Aquatics as head coach and owner. Junior was a national level swimmer and is passionate about developing swimmers to be life-long athletes. His philosophy is centered around developing the whole athlete through proper nutrition, community programs, and overall wellness. That begins with our youngest swimmers in the academy programs. His coaching philosophy is embodied in the methodology of the academy lesson program, ensuring instructors create an engaging and fun experience while developing proper technique.

  • Kendall Temotio

    FOUNDER / DIRECTOR

    Kendall is a former Division 1 athlete who leads SwimRise Academy through Program Supervision. She ensures that the overall vision of the program is developed and maintained. Kendall’s passion is in growing the adaptive/special abilities programs for swimmers with special needs and creating opportunities for inclusion and neuro-diverse athletes through We Rise Foundation. As a locally owned Learn to Swim school, Kendall and Junior reside nearby with their 3 young children.

  • Aislinn Kerr

    Aislinn will be joining the Swim Rise team after moving to Jacksonville from Virginia where she has been working at Aquatic Adventures Swim School since 2014. Aislinn spent her life in the aquatics industry, growing up in a multi-generational competitive swimming family, she swam for over 13 years. At age 14 Aislinn began teaching for Aquatic Adventures and worked her way up to Lead Instructor, Instructor Trainer and eventually a Manager for the swim school. She is certified through United Stated Swim School Association, World Wide Swim Schools, and Swim Angel Fish as an adapted swim instructor. Aislinn has taught everything from infants to competitive swim, including adapted swim lessons which she has been teaching since 2018.

    Lillian is currently enrolled at UNF majoring in Disability Services with a minor in ASL/Deaf Studies. She is a certified lifeguard and lifeguard instructor. As an experienced swim instructor. She specializes working with toddlers up to teens.
